Many insurance companies are covering the cost of treatment. If the doctor determines that you may benefit from ESWT, your carrier will be contacted for the pre-approval of your treatments. In event that your carrier denies coverage, or you do not have insurance, a private pay option exists for you. Please discuss this option with the billing personnel in the doctor’s office before therapy. We also accept workers compensation and personal injury liens.
